Lil Wayne fans have been patiently waiting since that 2014 release date for the mythical album. We’ve been given two mixtapes, two albums, and a steady flow of guest verses, but nothing can take the place of Tha Carter 5. New albums and mixtapes are rumored to be on the way, but sadly, C5 isn’t one of them.
Who knows what crazy world changes will occur from now until the time C5 is actually released, but until then, we Weezy fans will just continue to support Lil Wayne’s #FreeC5 movement, and enjoy whatever work we get our hands on.
